Fowlpox Disease Forecasting
A full-stack machine learning platform for predicting fowlpox disease outbreaks in poultry farms across Tanzania. Features a Django REST API with JWT authentication, role-based access control, ML model management with versioning, real-time predictions, dataset management, and a React dashboard for visualization and administration.
PINN Nitrate Prediction System
A full-stack ML platform that predicts nitrate concentrations in water bodies using Physics-Informed Neural Networks. The training loop embeds the advection–diffusion equation as a soft constraint, so predictions stay physically consistent even where data is sparse. Features Django REST API with JWT auth and role-based access, user-triggered model training on tuned hardware, multi-river / multi-station management, risk assessment against WHO / TBS / EU guidelines, and a React dashboard for datasets, predictions, and model versioning.
